These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the Bucks County Rides website, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Bucks County Rides.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 8, do not access or use our Services.

1. About Our Services

Bucks County Rides provides a platform for riders to connect with independent drivers. These Terms govern your use of our Services, including any content and functionality offered on or through our Services.

2. Use of our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Bucks County Rides and meet all of the eligibility requirements in these Terms.

3. Payments and Fees

Upon reserving a ride with Bucks County Rides, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total cost of your ride, including any applicable taxes and fees.

4. No-Show Policy

If a rider does not arrive at the designated pickup location within 10 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, Bucks County Rides reserves the right to retain any deposit or ride payment. This policy is in place to respect our drivers’ time and maintain a reliable service for all users.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Bucks County Rides, its affiliates or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our Services.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time and for any reason. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Services or by sending you an email.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services for violation of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

8. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve any dispute with Bucks County Rides through final and binding arbitration, instead of in court, and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Bucks County Rides.
